Ingrediente
Blat:
– 6 oua
– 150 gr. Zahar
– 30 ml apa
– 30 ml. ulei
– 8 linguri de faina
– 20 gr. Cacao
– 1 plic zahar vanilat
Crema:
– 3 oua intregi
– 150 g. zahar
– 3 lg. cacao
– 1 pachet de unt la temperatura camerei
Sirop
– 150 gr zahar
– 300 ml de apa
– 1 lingura rom
Glazura
– 200 gr ciocolata (150 Schogeten+ 150gr, Lindt 70%)
– 120 ml frisca lichida
